Registering with the Practice
To register as a patient we require that you live within our catchment area. You are required to fill out a set of NHS registration forms and you will also be required to attend for a New Patient Medical.
It is this practice's policy to register everyone with the senior partner, Dr Finn, but you will have the choice of which practice doctor you want to see. Whenever you ask for an appointment you will always be asked which doctor you wish to see.
Your requested doctor might not always be available for the earliest appointment. If no preference is requested, an appointment will be given with the first available doctor.
Overseas Visitors
Overseas visitors requesting treatment under the NHS will be asked to provide documentary evidence of eligibility in accordance with Department of Health guidelines. Details of current DoH guidelines and registration forms are available from reception. Those not eligible for treatment under the NHS may be offered treatment on a private, fee paying basis.
