Bowel Cancer

If you’ve had blood in your poo or looser poo for 3 weeks, your doctor wants to know.

Chances are it’s nothing to worry about, but these symptoms could be signs of bowel cancer, so tell your doctor. Finding bowel cancer early makes it more treatable and could save your life.

The surgery remains open during scheduled weekday evenings and one Saturday per month

 

Extended opening

Evenings:

13, 18 & 26 June


Saturdays:      

19 May

16 & 23 June


Minor Illness

It may not always be necessary to see the doctor and we have a nurse practitioner who can deal with a range of more minor illnesses. Please ask the receptionist for details.

 


Travel Advice

If you think you require vaccinations for foreign travel or need advice prior to a trip overseas please make an appointment to discuss your needs with the practice nurse. Initial contact is likely to be via telephoneand will include which countries/areas you will be visiting. Please make your initial appointment 6-8 weeks prior to travel as a second appointment for any necessary vaccinations will need to be made.
